REFUND POLICY

Replacement for Broken or Non-Functioning Items:
If you receive a product that is broken or non-functioning, you may be eligible for a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, you must follow these steps:

Within 7 days of receiving the item, please contact our customer service team at 9310852529 to report the issue and request a replacement.
You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Additionally, you must submit a proper video recording the unboxing of the product without any cuts or edits. This video will be used to verify the condition of the item upon arrival.
Processing Time:
Once we have received and approved your request for a replacement, it will take approximately 7 business days to process and ship the replacement item.

Exclusions:
Please note that water and resistance damage are not covered under this refund policy. Any damage resulting from exposure to water or resistance will not be eligible for a replacement.

Right to Approve or Reject Orders:
We reserve the right to approve or reject replacement requests based on our assessment of the situation. If we determine that the item was damaged due to misuse or mishandling, your request may be denied.
